1. Platform & Agency

BestInTown.in serves as the digital infrastructure for business discovery. All premium services—including but not limited to Local SEO Audits, Managed Copywriting, and Review Verification—are fulfilled by our parent entity, Bee Digital Marketing Agency (BDMA). Your contract for services is effectively handled by BDMA’s expert team to ensure professional-grade delivery.

2. Manual Audit & “Starter” Fees

To maintain our 100% Spam-Free status, we do not allow instant, unverified publishing.

The Audit Protocol: Every listing undergoes a manual human audit by a BDMA specialist.
The Rs. 49 Administrative Fee: For the Starter Tier, the Rs. 49 payment is a non-refundable administrative fee covering the labor cost of the manual audit.
Rejection Rights: We reserve the absolute right to reject and delete listings that contain:
- Duplicate content or multiple entries for the same branch (Link-farming).
- Illegal, unethical, or prohibited services under Indian Law.
- Keyword-stuffed descriptions that degrade platform quality.
No-Refund for Bad Actors: If a listing is rejected for violating our anti-spam or duplicate policies, the audit fee is forfeited.

3. Reputation Guard

Our Active Review Protection (Dominance Tier) is a Verification Protocol, not a “Delete Button” for reality.

Mediation, Not Erasure: BDMA acts as a neutral mediator. We verify the authenticity of negative feedback. If a review is proven to be a competitor’s sabotage or a bot, it will be removed.
Legitimate Grievances: If a review is verified as a real customer grievance, it will remain. We will facilitate a private resolution between you and the customer, but we will not compromise the platform’s integrity by deleting the truth.

4. User Responsibilities & The ISO Vault

Document Authenticity: For the ISO Readiness Vault, you are solely responsible for the documents you provide. BDMA hosts the links but does not certify the underlying legality of your certificates.
Listing Limits: The 5-listing allowance in the Dominance Package is for the same legal entity or owner. “Reselling” slots to third-party businesses is a violation of these terms and will result in account termination without a refund.

5. No-Refund Policy

Because your purchase triggers the immediate allocation of BDMA agency resources and digital benefit activation:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any premium listing packages.
Digital Activation: Once the “Lead Engine” (WhatsApp), “Verified Badge,” or “SEO Audit” has been initiated, the service is considered consumed.
Due Diligence: We provide comparison charts and FAQs to help you make an informed choice. Once you pay, our team starts working, and the transaction is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from:

Using automated bots or scraping tools to extract data from BestInTown.in.
Misrepresenting your business location or credentials.
Attempting to bypass our manual audit system through technical manipulation.

7. Modifications of Service

BestInTown.in and BDMA reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the “Truth Mirror” standards we uphold.
